When does the next drop open?
One drop a month. Join the list and you'll get the date before anyone else.
Can I buy fewer than four?
No. A case is four cookies, always. Mix flavors or run one back four times.
Where do I pick up?
Local pickup in Chicago. The window and address arrive with your confirmation email.
Do you ship?
No. Every case is picked up in Chicago. If that ever changes, the list hears it first.
What if I miss my pickup window?
Write to hello@verdictgoods.com and we'll set one make-up time. After that the case is donated and the order isn't refunded. Cookies don't keep; the calendar is part of the deal.
What about allergens?
Every exhibit lists its own ingredients and allergens on its page and its label. Everything is baked in a licensed shared commercial kitchen that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, and soy.
Refunds?
If a case isn't right, that's ours to fix: write to hello@verdictgoods.com and we make it right. Missed pickups follow the rule above. Because every batch is baked to order and perishable, there are no returns.
