One drop a month. Two flavors. Six and a half ounce cookies, four to a pack. Built in a Chicago commercial kitchen, picked up in Chicago, sold until the run is gone.

How a drop works

The menu posts.
About a week before the store opens, the two flavors go live with full ingredient breakdowns. Subscribers see them first.

The store opens.
Sunday 12pm Central for subscribers. Monday 12pm for the public. Build your own four-pack. Closes when it sells through.

Pickup, Chicago only.
The weekend after the store closes, at a Chicago neighborhood partner announced when the menu posts.
Why the list matters
Order before the public does.
Each drop is a fixed run, baked to order in one weekend. When it sells through, it is gone until the next month.
Subscribers get a 24-hour head start. The menu reaches you a week before public reveal, and the store opens to the list a full day before anyone else.
